Welcoming to the conference, welcoming to Boading! Baoding is promising historic famous city, 150 km south of Beijing, which constitutes gold triangle with Beijing and Tian. Beijing is the heart of China, and Baoding, definitely, is a key area in Jingjinji harmony developing area. It was called the land of passage in history that Baoding north controlled three mountain passes and south reached to nine provinces. With strategy of Xiongan New Area, the historic famous city meets great opportunity to develop to welcome all gusts from world. 

The conference has been booked mainly in Hilton Hotel and the following information showed how to get to the hotel for domestic and foreign attendances. For arriving:

A. From high-speed railway station (Baoding East Station) to Double Tree by Hilton^TM

In addition, it can be transferred to Baoding East Station via Beijing West Railway Station/Beijing Fengtai Raiway Station. Every day, there are 80 high-speed trains/trains from Beijing West to Baoding, which takes 45 minutes.

A1. Conference shuttle: 12:00 am, 12:30 pm, 13:00 pm, 13:30 pm, 14:00 pm, 14:30 pm, 15:00 pm, 15:30 pm, 16:00 pm, 16:30 pm, 17:00 pm, 17:30 pm and 18:00 pm (every 30 minutes);

A2. Taxi: 5 kilometers, about 20 minutes, 20 yuan cost;

A3. Bus: Take Bus number 33/39/70 at Baoding East Station Square to "Qiyi Road East Third Ring Station". The hotel is on your left side (south side).

B. Baoding Railway Station (West Square) to Double Tree by Hilton^TM

Taxi, 9 kilometers, 20 minutes, and 30 yuan cost.

C. Beijing Capital International Airport to Double Tree by Hilton^TM

C1. Transfer to Baoding East Station via Beijing West Railway Station. You take subway Capital Airport Line to Beixinqiao Station, then transfer subway Line 5 to Ciqikou Station, finally transfer subway Line 7 Beijing West Railway Station. We have conference shuttle bus from Baoding East Station to the hotel with scheduled time above.

D. Daxing International Airport to Double Tree by Hilton^TM

D1. Conference shuttle bus: The departure time is 13:30 pm, 16:30 pm, 18:00 pm, and 19:30 pm on August 6, and the whole journey of 135 kilometers takes about 2 hours.

D2. Airport bus: The departure time is 12:00 am, and 15:00 pm.

E. Shijiazhuang zhengding international airport to Double Tree by Hilton^TM

E1. Conference shuttle bus: The departure time is August 6 at 16:30 pm, 19:30 pm. The whole journey of 115 kilometers takes about 1.5 hours.

E2. Airport bus (From the airport to Guanhanqing Theater Station, Baoding): Tickets are purchased at Gate 3 of the departure hall on the first floor of Terminal 2, and the departure time is 11:00 am, 13:30 pm, 15:00 pm, 18:00 pm, 21:00, and 23:00 pm. Tel: 0312-5970539, 5970589. When you arrive at Guanhanqing Theater Station, you can take a Taxi (1 km, costs 10 yuan）or walk east along Qiyi road to the hotel (about 15 mins).

E3. Railway: take the airport car ferry to Zhengding high-speed railway station, then take the high-speed train for 30 minutes to Baoding East Station.

For departure

A. From the hotel to high-speed railway station (Baoding East Station)

A1. Conference shuttle in the afternoon of 9 Aug (12:00 am, 13:00 pm, 14:00 pm, 15:00 pm, 16:00 pm, 17:00 pm, 18:00pm), and in the morning of 10 Aug (8:00 am, 9:00 am, 10:00 am, 11:00 am, 12:00am) (every 1 hour);

A2. Taxi: 5 kilometers, about 20 minutes, 20 yuan cost;

A3. Bus: Take Bus number 33/39/70 at Baoding East Station Square to "Qiyi Road East Third Ring Station". The hotel is on your left side (south side).

B. From the hotel to Daxing International Airport

B1. Conference shuttle in the afternoon of 9 Aug (12:00 am、14:00 pm、16:00 pm) and in the morning of 10 Aug (9:00 am). The whole journey of 115 kilometers takes about 2 hours.

D2. Airport bus: The departure time is 7:50 am, and 10:00 am.

C. Shijiazhuang zhengding international airport to Double Tree by Hilton^TM

C1. Conference shuttle in the afternoon of 9 Aug (14:00 pm) and in the morning of 10 Aug (8:00 am and 11:00 am). The whole journey of 115 kilometers takes about 1.5 hours.

C2. Airport bus (From Guanhanqing Theater Station, Baoding to the airport): 5:20 am, 9:50 am, 12:50 pm, 15:20 pm, 16:50 pm, 18:20 pm.

 Travel suggestions:

Participants coming to Baoding from Beijing Daxing Airport and Shijiazhuang Zhengding Airport send flight information (arrival date, name and flight number) to Mr. Liu (liuzd@hbu.edu.cn, Tel: 18911279730)/ Zhang (binzhang@hbu.edu.cn, Tel: 15811470624) before 31 July  so that the conference organizer provide a better travel service.

For departure on in the afternoon of 9 August and in the morning of 10 August, the conference organizer arranges shuttle bus from the hotel to Baoding station with 60 minutes' interval.

从火车站、机场到希尔顿酒店交通信息如下：

A.从高铁站（保定东站）到希尔顿逸林酒店：可以通过北京西站换乘保定东站。

A1、会议班车：12:00, 12:30, 13:00, 13:30, 14:00, 14:30, 15:00, 15:30, 16:00, 16:30, 17:00, 17:30, 18:00 (每30分钟一趟)；

A2、出租车：5公里，约20分钟，20元；

A3、公交：在保定东站广场乘坐33/39/70路公交车到“七一路东三环口”。

B.保定火车站（西广场）至希尔顿逸林酒店

坐出租车，全程9公里20分钟，30元。

C.首都国际机场至希尔顿逸林酒店

经北京西站换乘保定东站。机场快轨至北新桥站，换乘地铁5号线至磁器口站，换乘地铁7号线至北京西。

D.大兴国际机场至希尔顿逸林酒店：

会议班车：发车时间为8月6日13:30、16:30、18:00、19:30，全程135公里约需2小时。

机场巴士--大兴机场到保定：12:00、15：00。

 E.石家庄正定国际机场至希尔顿逸林酒店：

 E1、会议班车：发车时间为8月6日16:30、19:30， 115公里的全程约需1.5小时。

 E2、保定直通车：石家庄机场T2—保定关汉卿剧院；购票地点：T2一楼蓝色柜台；发车地点：T2一楼3号门前；发车时间：11：00、13：30、15：00、18：00、21：00、23：00；电话：0312-5970539，5970589。

 E3、转乘高铁：乘机场汽车轮渡到正定高铁站，乘高铁30分钟到保定东站。

离会交通信息

A. 酒店到保定东站

A1. 会议班车：8月9日下午(12:00, 13:00, 14:00, 15:00, 16:00, 17:00, 18:00)和8月10日上午10 Aug (8:00, 9:00, 10:00, 11:00, 12:00) (每小时一趟);

A2、出租车：5公里，约20分钟，20元；

A3、公交：在“七一路东三环口” 乘坐33/39/70路公交车到保定东站广场。

B. 酒店至大兴国际机场

B1、会议班车：发车时间为8月9日下午（12:00、14:00、16:00）和8月10日上午（9:00），全程135公里约需2小时。

B2、机场巴士--保定到大兴机场：7:50、10:00。

C. 石家庄正定国际机场至希尔顿逸林酒店：

 C1、会议班车：发车时间为14:00（8月9日下午）和8:00、11:00（8月10日上午）， 115公里的全程约需1.5小时。

 C2、保定直通车：发车地点：保定关汉卿剧院； 发车时间：5:20、09:50、12:50、15:20、18:50、18:20；电话：0312-59705395970589；然后乘坐的士到达酒店（3公里，约10元）。

 C3、转乘高铁：保定东到正定站，约30分钟。

注意事项：
