The 5th International Conference of Insect Genomics

(First Notification)

The International Conference on Insect Science in 2023 (ICIS2023) will be held jointly with the 5th International Conference of Insect Genomics (ICIG) & the 8th International Symposium on Insect Physiology, Biochemistry and Molecular Biology (IPBMB) on 6-10 August 2023 in Baoding city, Hebei Province, China. The joint conference had been held biennially in China. The theme of the joint conference in 2023 is “Frontiers in molecular insect science and prospects for a new era”. The conference will include plenary and keynote talks, symposium, youth forums and posters. All entomologists and graduate students are welcome to attend the conference. Topics include but are not limited to: insect genomics and evolution, insect molecular biology and biotechnology, insect physiology and biochemistry, insect development and genetics, insect immunity, insect microbiology, insect molecular ecology, and related fields.

5. Registration

All participants should register online via the conference website  (http://icis2023.scievent.com) before July 1.

Registration fee will cover conference services, materials, meals and coffee breaks. Traffic expense and accommodation fee are at participants’ own expense. Registration payment should be completed by bank transfer, online or in cash. Please make sure to indicate “ICIS2023_Your-Name_Your-Institute” on the message to the Beneficiary of your bank transfer.
